I am working somewhere between 50 and 60 hours every week but I am paid for just 39 hours of work.
If I am Lucky I work around 45 to 50 hours some weeks but even then, none of my overtime hours are ever counted and I am never compensated in any manner for the extra work I have to do. This I find is very frustrating and unjust.
I am Learning a lot definitely but mostly on my own volition. there is no scope or environment to really nurture a Young employee/talent I feel. I dont even see anything within the company that shows they actually care for their employees even though they may represent they do!
